Citizens of the Aerion Universe can slightly change their shape to better their fighting capablities when certain conditions are met. These formes are USUALLY not permanent, although there have been rare occurrences where one stays in a higher forme because they choose to or they simply are incapable of reverting to normal.

Normal FormeEdit

The standard forme. Essentially the forme the user's body is naturally in.

AscensionEdit

Ascended formes are accessed by trading a critical hit and one turn in for becoming ascended for one battle or one hour

AscendedEdit

  • all rolls +5
  • 2D20: Beam Attack
  • 6D6: Rapidfire Energy Bolts
  • Flight
  • Strength increased by 10

Dark AscendedEdit

  • all enemy rolls -5
  • 2D20: Beam Attack
  • 6D6: Rapidfire Energy Bolts
  • Flight
  • Strength increased by 10

Hyper formes are accessed by trading a critical hit and one turn in for becoming Hyper Ascended for one battle or one hour, after reaching ascended

Hyper AscendedEdit

  • all rolls +10
  • 4D20: Beam Attack
  • 10D6: Rapidfire Energy Bolts
  • Flight
  • Strength doubled

Dark Hyper AscendedEdit

  • all enemy rolls -10
  • 4D20: Beam Attack
  • 10D6: Rapidfire Energy Bolts
  • Flight
  • Strength doubled

PrimalEdit

Primal can be accessed via sacrificing of 50% of the user's maximum HP

User cannot control WHO is attacked without external interference, but the user has massive strength and all attacking rolls are 2D20+10. Primal Forme is the only forme that allows the stacking of other formes on it.

Powered UpEdit

Powered Up may be accessed once per day, lasts for 2 turns, then must wait a turn to "recharge". This is the only upgradeable forme.

attacking rolls always hit, rolls 16-20 count as critical hit

Every 3 levels, the user may add a new weapon to "install" into their Powered Up forme. While in this forme, they may ignore their class. Their Health also goes up by 10HP for each 6 levels. e.g.: level 1: X+10 level 6:X+20 level 12: X+30

Perfect AscensionEdit

Perfect Ascension can be used any time on higher boss enemies granted the user has the required items, and are treated as Hyper Ascended on regular boss enemies. May not be used on regular enemies. Lasts for the battle only.

roll higher than 5: insta-kill, roll lower than 5: lose 3 turns.

FusionEdit

Not REALLY a forme, fusion requires two party members to roll the same initiative and mutually agree to fuse by giving up both member's first turn

two party members combine for twice the power in one attack, but can only use one turn rather than 2
